A nice hotel but certainly not a 4 star as it is mentioned on most of the booking websites. Room service, Food & Beverages not available 24/7. Self service to fill up drinking water in a jug kept in the room from a dispenser kept on each floor near the elevator. All Rooms are different sizes so if you book them as per the info, you will be in for a surprise. The location of this property is absolutely perfect right in the city centre with everything close by. It has a restaurant with a wonderful view. The breakfast lacked the variety you would expect but decent though.

My friend had lost her luggage and needed some help to contact the airport / airlines. The receptionists were extremely helpful and active in reaching out to all channels available. Even after we checked out, they helped us to follow up. Was a great stay! 10/10 would recommend!

Probably the best hotel in Bishkek. It is located in the city center and has convenient transportation. There is a tree-lined road outside the hotel with a nice view. The hotel has a nice heated swimming pool and sauna. The bed is big, the quality of bedding and toiletries are good!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, about a 20-minute walk from the Parliament Building and Museum. The hotel is small and exquisite and in good condition. On the first day, I was upgraded to the Executive Suite on the 6th floor for a while and it was very spacious. The service attitude of the staff is very rare in Central Asia. The consumer price of the restaurant is similar to that of the provincial capital city, and it is very high for the locals. The president is good. The second time I returned to the capital, I chose this one. Because I miss their breakfast! A lot of fruit yogurt selection! It is hard to get in a big meat country.

First hostel I ever stayed at and it was comfortable and cozy. I liked the location, it’s near the railways, so you can actually see and hear the trains go by. Nicely furnished and designed, everything is super clean. You will definitely like staying there. Home-like atmosphere, welcoming staff, snacks, books, and Netflix available! Surely would stay there next time.

Comfortable location, almost in the center, in the pedestrian availability of shopping restaurants shops, everything you need. Three days of accommodation were received in rubles of about 8 thousand. For this money was provided a magnificent room and breakfast was included. In the room is a good quality repair and finish. Good big soft bed, panoramic windows, air conditioning, good expensive furniture, excellent bath. Also all dispensers: soap, shampoo, coats, towels. Everything is great, but it's time to freshen up the bathrooms and closets. Everything else is good.
