However, she was unable to explain to a diplomat with 30 years of experience which of the international conventions in the field of tourism and migration, as well as which of the articles of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic oblige clients to have WhatsApp in order to reduce the costs of communication at a hotel of dubious quality.
