It was not a good time because of the government delegations staying at the hotel. The police blocked all the entrances and did not allow us to enter the hotel. We have to walk around to find the police who understand English and our situation.

There are only a few good hotels in Bishkek. I haven't stayed in Hyatt and Orion, but I stayed in Novotel, which is much worse than Sheraton. Overall, the rooms of Sheraton Hotel are not big, but the service is good. There are many places to discuss things in the hotel, which is very good. It is suitable for business trips. 1200 RMB should be the best among high-end accommodations in Bishkek. I have to complain about the price of 1400 RMB in Novotel, and the various supporting facilities are completely unworthy of this price. The swimming pool of Sheraton is outdoor, which is a bit tasteless. It is too cold outside to go into the water. The most satisfying thing is that there is a restaurant on the top floor, where you can see the panoramic view of the entire city. But the price is also extremely expensive, more than 1000 RMB per person.

Lived in many 5 hotels in Bishkek. Sheraton is the best. Conveniently located. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast is beyond praise. The gym is small but comfortable. There is a restaurant with a panoramic view on the top floor, the food is delicious. I couldn’t evaluate the pool, it’s only open in the summer, but it looks very cozy. At the entrance you are greeted by girls in national clothes and treated to local drinks, chocolate, baursaks with homemade sour cream, baklava and fruit.

It is said to be the best hotel in Bishkek and the owner is Turkish. Check-in is on the fourth floor. Although the room is not big, it is still very tidy. Stayed for four days in a row. Stay again next time.

The room size is small, but the cleaning is relatively clean. The hotel lobby is not on the first floor, the elevator is a bit small, and there is no bathtub in the room, which happens to be unnecessary. Downstairs is a big shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping and exchanging money.

It was a complete mess. The bell rang in the middle of the night. I fell asleep in the middle of the night. Suddenly there was a broadcast in the room asking to evacuate. I paid the full amount on the 1st. I was notified on the 13th that the room I reserved was not available. I was forced to spend money to change rooms. I stayed there for more than 20 days and the service was disgusting. Not bad, I was offered compensation, but then nothing happened. I am extremely disappointed with Ctrip and the hotel! No cleaning was done for several days, and the bedding was not changed!

The hotel is relatively new and has a good location, within walking distance to the city center. The podium floor of the hotel is a famous local shopping mall. The room area is not very large in the local area, but it is sufficient. Shopping and eating are very convenient. Breakfast was also good.
