The hotel in general was nice and adequate. The employees were friendly and helpful. The people at the reception speak Turkish. The breakfast is nice and sufficient. It is a boutique hotel. The location is not bad, there is Asia Mall nearby. The only problem for me is that there are roller blinds on the windows and there are people coming from outside. It does not block the light enough, making it difficult to sleep on sunny days.

Came to this hotel with my sister and kindly asked the receptionist to tell us prices because our friend was coming to bishkek on September. The receptionist didn’t even stand up and said “the price per night is 3500som(which is around 35€)”. We requested to show us one of the rooms and her response was “No available rooms to show” even if the hotel looked quite empty. When we asked to at least show us photos she said “they are available on the website”👍🏻

A very strange approach in the hotel business, when payment is required upon check-in, and if you check out earlier, they categorically refuse to refund the difference. But that’s not so bad, the cleaning of the room is such that when you decide to lay out a towel for your feet before the shower, you find a lump of someone else’s hair on them, and someone’s old jeans in the closet (!!).
