A contradictory place, on the one hand there are pros, on the other hand there are cons: + freshly renovated room after renovation + elevator works (the floors are high, and for example, 8th floor is on foot - that's the case) + breakfast is included (desserts and good coffee for an additional fee) + I booked through the app, so there was a good discount ± there is a Korean restaurant on the territory ± an outdoor pool, which is closed ± a casino, however, it depends on each person ± there are several good restaurants within walking distance - the room in the picture and the check-in room are completely different, with different furniture, in different buildings - the shower has been renovated, and the water drains very poorly, perhaps they screwed up with the pipes during the renovation - directly opposite the construction of several residential buildings - upon check-in there are only two towels, none for feet, the next day, after cleaning there was one small one left, then I asked to add more, they added more, but the slippers were gone, the next day they did a full cleaning and finally three towels appeared, but there is not a single hook in the bathroom, nowhere to hang anything - once, at midnight, someone simply walked into a room that was locked from the inside without knocking, opening the door with their card. In the morning it turned out that the employee decided to show the room to new guests. What a nightmare, uninvited guests can literally come to you at night. - after all, it's far from the center, not close to Erkindyk on foot. As a result, after a night "with a roommate", I moved to another hotel.
