The hotel and the room in the hotel look very decent: air conditioning, a large room and a small ergonomic bathroom. There is a kettle and cups. There is no refrigerator.
Of the minuses:
1. Check-in. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception. I walked around the first floor and looked for employees.
When the employee was found, she cheerfully said that she did not see my fully paid reservation at all. But there are available rooms and she can make a new reservation for me.
I asked her to call the management and clarify how they could have lost my reservation and my payment. I managed to persuade her to call, as a result, she was told over the phone how to find the reservation.
2. Insects. There were large grasshoppers in my room. I do not like insects that jump around the room at night.
3. Cleaning. During 6 nights in the room, the trash was emptied from the basket 3 times and the towels were changed once.
4. Breakfasts. When checking in, they said that breakfasts were from 8 to 11 o'clock. But at 8 o'clock in the morning the breakfast room was empty, the staff said to wait 15 minutes. Therefore, during 6 days of stay, I came for breakfast only 3 days, when I was not in a hurry.
Overall, this is a good hotel, with good rooms and delicious breakfasts, but very lazy staff.
