Very good and Clean hotel, rooms are good and really economical. Breakfast served was not only delicious but also healthy. All staff was very helpful ful specially Burul and Alia. Just want to suggest they need to install sockets for charging along the bed side for more convenience. Overall stay was wonderful, really enjoyed my stay totally worth the amount spent.

Liked the location within Bishkek. Brekky was decent, room was perfectly adequate. Disliked · Staff were below par. Really hard to rouse any help out of the front of house staff, trying to get help around taxis and buses, even calling a cab was too difficult. Not recommended.

I reserved 10 rooms in february for july for a tourist group. In the beginning of july I wrote them to check if everything is all right. They replyed that they cannot host so many people. They didn't even apologize...

Not ready for the tourists. Ladko facilities in the hotel. The host Sultan managed to help us out but I must say that they are not ready to manage the International travelers and their expectations. Hotel had drainage issue, no hot water, English communication is an issue and +++ In return travel agent holiday factory from Dubai also didnt help much. We booked for seven days and stated 2 days Else where
