Probably the best hotel in Bishkek. It is located in the city center and has convenient transportation. There is a tree-lined road outside the hotel with a nice view. The hotel has a nice heated swimming pool and sauna. The bed is big, the quality of bedding and toiletries are good!

Comfortable location, almost in the center, in the pedestrian availability of shopping restaurants shops, everything you need. Three days of accommodation were received in rubles of about 8 thousand. For this money was provided a magnificent room and breakfast was included. In the room is a good quality repair and finish. Good big soft bed, panoramic windows, air conditioning, good expensive furniture, excellent bath. Also all dispensers: soap, shampoo, coats, towels. All recommend, the service is excellent6 will definitely come again.

My local Kyrgyz driver, who picked me from the airport, asked me which hotel should he take me to. I gave him the name of my previous hotel where I stayed earlier. He suggested if he could show me a new hotel in good location. My first question was the rate the hotel charges. He said US $ 50/- per night. That was a real bargain so I requested him to go to new hotel. It is called Discovery Hotel Bishkek on 31, Orenburgskiy side street. At the reception was a young girl who spoke good English. She asked for my passport to register in their computer. After a short while she handed over the passport with room key. She did not ask for upfront payment or deposit. So they collect when the guest leave the hotel. Going to my room, which was not large, but spotlessly clean and welcoming. Bed and furniture were new and well polished. Yes, it was air-conditioned. Continental Breakfast which included soft drinks, chicken sausages and pastries, plus coffee or tea was included in the price. Dining room was large enough with wall-mirror decor and beautiful flowers. I was impressed. I was very satisfied and stayed 3 nights. My highest recommendation to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced 4 stars hotel, rather cheaply priced, when visiting Bishkek.

My friend had lost her luggage and needed some help to contact the airport / airlines. The receptionists were extremely helpful and active in reaching out to all channels available. Even after we checked out, they helped us to follow up. Was a great stay! 10/10 would recommend!

GOOD THINGS: they speak english, it's silent because you don't hear a thing from the outside, good location, for the local cleaning standards it's quite clean, they have nice sweets at the entrance and it's very good looking place. BAD THINGS: it's super noisy because you hear everything from the inside, it's a small hotel and people do not respect other's resting time. Not even the lady at the reception during night, she was moving all the cleaning stuff at 2am for a long time, I had to get up and go see what was going on, when she saw me she laughed and said ”sorry” but did not stop making noise. This was unacceptable for me, she knew we were checking out really early in the morning. But also, people were talking in the corridor and closing doors really hardly every night. Don't expect to be able to sleep quietly. And lastly, the shower drain was fully blocked the entire time.

They had pre arranged a taxi service from the airport, and he was waiting for me right at the doors as I finally completed my 28 hours in transit from Sydney. This man was my first experience of anyone really in Bishkek and he was so friendly and helpful. We chatted endlessly whilst he drove me to my destination and although I was tired I wished we could have spoken for another little while. Once inside the hotel, he helped me check in to the hotel as my knowledge of Russian is non existent and the young man behind the counter had limited English. I headed upstairs and had an amazing sleep after a hot shower. The beds are super comfortable and after getting myself sorted around 11am the staff at the front desk really did go above and beyond helping me get my sim card active (they even took me to the supermarket to add data to my sim) they then organised a taxi to take me to the bank and bring me back and all of this they offered me a lunch as I had missed out in breakfast. They also upgraded me from a double room to a room with a separate lounge and bedroom. The next day before checking out they again arranged a taxi for my destination and also gave me a take away lunch as I had missed breakfast that first morning. This was my first long haul flight after 2 years and the staff at hotel De'mar really helped me settle in and avoid jet lag. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you are ever thinking of visiting Bishkek.

В целом хороший отель но было достаточно жарко. Окно пробовал открыть но прилетело очень много Комаров. Я бы добавил в сетки противомоскитные на окна, плюс купил бы вентиляторы и номер, они стоят дёшево но добавляют комфорт

THERE'S A YURT IN THE HOSTEL COMPOUND, WE REPEAT A YURT IN THE HOSTEL COMPOUND! What a welcome to the hostel to walk through the gates and look to your left to see a f*****g yurt, absolute belter! There may not be an abundance of apples situated around Apple Hostel but there's a yurt! Apple Hostel, situated west of the Western Bus Station in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan is in such a quality location. You come off a long bus ride from Tashkent, walk west for 2 mins and hiya pal you're being welcomed by the yurt. Take the Matrushka from Almaty, Kazakhstan and hiya gal pals you're in the Apple hostel compound. The Western Bus Station may not be located in downtown Bishkek (aye no s**t loser travels it's called western for a reason), but it's not far from quite a few attractions. From Apple Hostel to the notable Osh Bazaar it's only a 25-minute walk and after buying yourself a cute Kalpak to show off to the girlies back home, you can walk the same amount of time to downtown Bishkek. check out losertravels.com for the full review!

GGuest UserThree-week solo business stay in March-April 2022. Perfectly clean room with modern fixtures and furniture. Fast and reliable wi-fi throughout hotel. Very high-quality breakfast included with room, with diverse, tasty, hot and cold buffet options as well as eggs, pancakes, etc. cooked to order. Small but well-equipped fitness room with weight machine, stair climber, treadmill, free weights. Very quiet location but within close walking distance from city center, Erkindik greenway, many great restaurants, supermarket, etc. Considering all this as well as price, I think that it would be difficult to find a better option, even among hotels with more famous international names nearby. The staff are all very professional and genuinely happy to help. Over my long stay, I felt fortunate to receive excellent service from Kymbat, Asel, and Ayana at the front desk, as well as Timur, Samat, and Azamat in the restaurant. All these staff members worked with admirable efficiency and energy even though they seem to work extremely (perhaps excessively) long shifts. I hope that management recognizes their great work, perhaps with overtime pay for the longest shifts, and gives them a chance to rest during the slow times in the middle of the night! I am sorry not to have noted the housekeepers' names (they do not have name tags, but still I regret not asking), but they always did perfect work and should be recognized too.

Stayed 2 nights as part of a Tour group. I wish we had been able to stay longer. It is in a great location. The room was superb, spacious, with a lovely little balcony, good complimentary coffee, very comfortable beds, great aircon and bathroom. Lots of storage space, very clean. The breakfast was superb. There is a great terrace bar, superb cocktails and snacks, and wonderful service. Very good value for money. The very best of the seven hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Hotel staff is very polite, warning and friendly . Special thanks to the hotel administration . When leaving rushing , we forgot a wallet with cash - which was immediately made known , and already at home on the other day we got our missing . Thank you , remember and hope to visit the capital of Kyrgyzstan again with such warm and responsive people .

Bell boy пришел за чемоданами в номер, оставил их в багажном отделении на первом этаже и никому не сказал. Пришлось выяснять где багаж администратору девушке и тащить их на себе. Попросил воду в номер, принес 4 бутылки, 2 из которых вскрыты, т.е уже кто то пил. Молочко для тела одноразовая маленькая бутылочка и та начатая. Отель якобы 5 звезд, на ресепшен сказали что они комплектуют номер на 1 го человека, я на 2х заказывал. Бронь неделю весела подтвержденная! У вас некому за персоналом следить? У вас их никто не обучает? Останавливались в ожидании стыковочного рейса туда и обратно. Больше не приедем, это 3+ звезды а не 5. Вообщем Мариот, второй раз уже подводит. Внешне все красиво а обслуживание 0. Никогда не поеду в Марриот, для меня это слово ругательное

It sports about a dozen rooms with wooden floors and locally made carpets and tapestries. Our room was spacious with a modern bathroom including a walk-in shower, air conditioning and decent wifi. There are several sitting areas throughout the hotel as well as a breakfast room (breakfast was nicely done). The location cannot be beaten and staff were friendly and allowed us to extend our check-out time at no extra cost. This place has warmth and soul - highly recommended!

Self service to fill up drinking water in a jug kept in the room from a dispenser kept on each floor near the elevator. All Rooms are different sizes so if you book them as per the info, you will be in for a surprise. The location of this property is absolutely perfect right in the city centre with everything close by. It has a restaurant with a wonderful view. The breakfast lacked the variety you would expect but decent though.

GGuest User Stayed here 3 nights as part of a Central Asia tour. The hotel is modern and clean. My room is huge!! Big bed, large bathroom with bidet, hot water kettle, safe, mini-fridge, even a nice balcony. I arrived at 2am after a long flight and the staff was friendly and efficient in gettmg me into my room with no hassles. Breakfast is included with a good selection of cereals, cold cuts, breads, juices and cooked to order egg options. I only hope the rest of my trip has hotels like B Hotel here in Bishkek. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location on a quiet street is walking distance close to popular attractions and beautiful parks. Very impressed. I would stay in this hotel any time.

On Check in, we were told that our booked room was being repaired and that they had a room better room for us at a cheaper for us in their sister hotel ”Discovery”. The issue with this is that it is nearly 2 miles from the city centre. Why would we book a room in a central position and then agree to move 2 miles from the centre, especially as the reason for booking in this hotel was for the conference that my partner was working at the next day was IN THIS HOTEL. Although one of the personnel tried to be polite and encourage us to take this new room in the discovery the member of staff other spoke rudely about the situation in Kyrgz not realising that this could be understood by one of the party. I would suggest not bothering with this hotel unless you want to play hotel lottery.

Location of the hotel is great, close to everything. A small supermarket and pub across the road. From hotel door you turn left 20 min walk you get to Osh Bazaar, you turn right 20 min walk you get to Ala-Too Square. Breakfast is buffet and lots of variety of random options, everyday is different. Very cute courtyard garden at the back, I enjoyed coffee and my book. Staff are not the most friendliest, not the best friendliest I have experienced through my travel as I been to lots of other Asian countries, they are unfriendly and unwelcoming. Women worker was kind, it was more men workers. They try any way they can to sell you the room if you arrive couple of hours early, they want to charge you extra. It’s crazy bec if the room is empty ready sitting there why not give the key so people can go relax take shower after a long flight. Some sort of courtesy and kind hospitality would be helpful from staff. It be great if there was a trash bin in the rooms, there is only one in bathroom nothing in the room, also put extra toilet papers in bathroom so we don’t have to run out middle of night, kind of disturbing when you ran out of toilet paper and there is no extra one in bathroom. WiFi is ok, not the best, bec if you go different places in hotel you get kicked out and you have to find the location ex courtyard has one, breakfast room has one, different room has one depend on where is your room. So it’s annoying when you get kicked out but oh well nothing you can do. Overall hotel is average for short stay to start your travelling in Kyrgyzstan and continue.
