Von außen ist das Hotel eine typische "Bausünde" aus den 70ern. Aber das stört ja nicht weiter, da man ja nicht so viel Zeit auf dem Parkplatz und der näheren Umgebung verbringt. Es wird richtig gut und gemütlich sobald man durch die Eingangstür geht. Eine geschmackvolle Lobby, die Bierstube toll zum Abendessen und das Restaurant mit viel Platz und Blick ins Grüne. Die Zimmer bestechen durch einen tollen Blick über die Landschaft und die Skisprungschanze auf der anderen Straßenseite. Der Wohnbereich wurde vermutlich in den 90ern renoviert, das Bad hat ebenfalls eine kleine Frischzellenkur erhalten. Die Betten sind gut, der TV riesig, viel Platz und alles tip top sauber und gepflegt. Auch kulinarisch ist man gut aufgehoben. Das Abendessen in der Bierstube war richtig klasse (und für die gebotene Qualität auch preiswert), das Frühstück bietet ebenfalls eine gute Auswahl wobei nur die 2 Sorten Aufbackbrötchen etwas bescheiden ausgefallen sind. Das Personal ist in allen Bereich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Daher geht es wenn ich beim nächsten Mal wieder in der Region bin auf jeden Fall wieder in die Kaiseralm

Hotel très agréable, tenu par une famille et un personnel particulièrement dévoués! Service plus que parfait, et restaurant remarquable surtout si on opte pour les spécialités locales, à découvrir absolument ! C’est la 4è fois que nous y séjournons pour assister au festival Wagner de Bayreuth, et nous avons chaque fois été enchantés. Service de navettes vers le Festspielhaus très commode.

Das familiär geführte Hotel Kaiseralm liegt am Ortsrand von Bischofsgrün. Das Zimmer war sauber, rustikal eingerichtet und das Bett war bequem. Das Abendessen und Frühstück waren sehr lecker. Das Personal stehts freundlich und bemüht.

Toller Aufenthalt anlässlich einer Fortbildung. Leckeres Essen, saubere Zimmer, schönes Schwimmbad. Besonders Hervorzuheben: Das Personal ist super freundlich, alle Mitarbeiter sind immer hilfsbereit!
