I arrived past the check-in time, and reception was not around to receive me. Nonetheless, there was a number on the door to call, and I was talked through the process of getting in with the code, and to collect my keys. The gentleman was incredibly patient with me, which was appreciated as it was late, and I was exhausted from a long work day and it was my first time in Birmingham so I got lost finding my way from the train station to the accommodation. The apartment was incredibly spacious. The living room and kitchen made me feel right at home, and the kitchen was well equipped. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms - I was a single traveller so I didn't need to use all that space at all. The bed I slept in was marvellously comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, the water pressure was strong, and I really have zero complains about it. Location wise, there is a mall next door, although by the time I arrived it was closed, and when I left for my work meeting at 7am the next morning it wasn't opened yet. There were also some restaurants by the waterfront around the corner. I think this is a great accommodation for families or friends travelling together.

It was worst experience , I planned one night stay in Radisson blu hotel with my husband and I booked hotel through trip app and in this app no where they mentioned about 50 pound deposit when we arrived in the hotel then receptionist informed us 😒 about deposit and second thing AC as well as TV not working and it was my husband birthday I booked that hotel to make his birthday more special but unfortunately that night gave us worst memory . Receptionist gave fan but it doesn’t work , room temperature was not tolerable , my husband felt suffocated , he  slept only for 2 hours . Hotel was fully booked so that’s why we have no option to changed the room but they ready to give us refund but refund is not solution because it’s disturb our plan , budget ☹️.

Good location but there is a nightclub nearby. It was too noisy when we opened the window. The cooler air cond) was out of order. Hotel staff Romila was very helpful. She arranged another room with cooler working properly. Therefore, we can close all the window to reduce the noise and can have better sleep.

The hotel is a serviced apartment with spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. It's about a 7-minute walk from the train station. Chinatown is a 10-minute walk away, and there's a wet market where you can buy meat and seafood.

The transportation is convenient. It is very suitable for business trips. It saves a lot of time and can rest. There are also many places to eat around. It is convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located nearby the new street station which is excellent. But the rooms is small and old, the bed sheets look grey (tho clean). The mattress is also old. It is okay to stay just 1 night (if you don’t have other choice and budget) but not more than that.

What a gem! Literally direct opposite one of the rear entrances of the grand New Street Station, up the stairs/lift into a little arcade of shops (nail bar/hair salon and luxury watches) and the hotel entrance. The check in lobby is nothing much impressive but the overall building and decor with high ceilings, big staircases and marble surfaces are albeit a bit outdated in tone, still much preferable to us. The room is very spacious and the bathroom with Elemis supplied soap walk-shower and self-standing bathtub is the biggest we’ve ever been into. The hotel bar, restaurant and breakfast area are located on the first floor looking over the New Street pedestrian shopping street and the staff are very good. Very near to national express coach station. Next to a wet market and China Town. I didn't try the breakfast as it's crowded. The stay was nice

Location was Great. Room was spacious. Bed was made from two single beds ,mattress was horrible, got a backache, it wasn’t comfy at all. Pillows were flat couldn’t even feel anything under your head. No intercom in the room have to go down all the way down in order to ask something. No toiletries other than 2 small soaps and one tiny bottle of shampoo, Dogs barking in other room all night. People having laughs next door. And can hear every single discussion they were having 😒 Definitely no sound proofing.
