Birmingham Hotels with Airport pickup service

The hotel was clean and in a great location for the reason I was in Birmingham. It was near to the event that I was attending. The sink in my room had a stopper that prevented the water from escaping when I did not want it to collect in the sink during activities such as brushing my teeth and washing my face. The water was also cold and took an excessively long time to heat up even a little bit. It was not even lukewarm. Therefore, I checked out and was unable to shower. My son actually took a cold shower on a cold day, one of the coldest that we have had in Alabama in a while. I was also awakened by an emergency message and alarm to vacate the building due to an emergency only to learn later that it was a test. I learned this when the fire truck arrived and I heard an employee apologizing for not calling them to let them know that it was only a test. I only stayed overnight so there was no other opportunity for me to get a better impression. The only reason that I did not give a lower rating for the facilities is because once I reported the issue with the shower and sink, they sent a handy man to the room to make the repairs, but my son was already taking a cold shower at the time since we were scheduled to get back home to meet previously scheduled obligations. The staff person who was checking me out said that she couldn't do anything for me because I booked through a third party. However, she did state that she would refund the money that I paid for parking.

I went there on for business &also with family &it was very nice. They are Very Nice &Clean! Great Hospitality from the front desk &staff. They were very courteous and polite. I know where to go when I want to do things with my family away from home even though I stay in Birmingham.

I had a great experience with this hotel. I had an unexpected house fire that afternoon and they took very good care of me and my time of need. I would highly recommend to anyone

I stayed here again for the however many time. Too many to forget. Still no issues and I enjoyed the hot tub this evening which is nice. The pool is right next to it so I just went back and forth between the two of them enjoying the experience of going in and out until I was finished.. I finished out in the hot tub because it was so hot.. I actually wanted a round two but the first one was so explosive it satisfied my needs. Great place to release some stress.

I love this hotel. Whenever I'm in Birmingham Alabama this is the hotel of choice. Breakfast is really good. Rooms are nice and clean.

Following I-59 South, you take 459 around Birmingam to get to this remodeled Sleep Inn and Suites. Very nice with comfortable room and bed. We walked a short distance down Collonnade to a mall where we had a great meal at Rock and Roll Sushi. Breakfast was grab and go since this stay was back in October, 2021.

We stopped here for the night unexpectedly when traveling south. (We needed to break up the drive). I was hesitant with COVID, however this place is absolutely immaculate even by my sometimes unrealistic standards. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind & helpful. They’re doing things right here, I will stay without hesitation in the future.

I booked this hotel for a stay for our high school tennis team and our entire stay was top notch. From booking the stay through group sales to every staff member we dealt with, I could not have asked for a better stay. The hotel was currently undergoing (and almost done with) a full renovation, so there was still some construction finishing up. That did not affect our stay. In fact, we had stayed there before the renovation, and the updates are great with all newly decorated rooms and common spaces. Teresa was our on-site contact and was not only friendly, but went out of her way to accommodate specific needs for our travel group. Breakfast on weekends typically doesn’t start until 7am, but they were able to offer a full hot and cold breakfast at 6am to accommodate our kids’ need to eat early and get to their tournament.

My friend had a birthday at this hotel. The room is large and has a separate living room and bedroom. It is quite good. I will stay in the next opportunity and it is worth recommending to everyone.
