Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - City Centre Reviews

I would stay here again! I loved the location of the hotel. It is right inbetween the city center (New Street Station & Bullring) and the beautiful Brindley Place are by the old canal. The room itself was clean and looked mostly like it was in the picture, I also had a pretty cool view onto the old canal from the 15th floor. The carpet and the couch looked a bit "worn down", but it was clean nonetheless. The staff was friendly, nice and very helpful. It was nice that the breakfast was included and there was a good choice of breakfast options. I can 100% recommend this hotel when staying in Birmingham. I had a nice time and didn't miss anything while staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

Location is convenient and quiet. Room is nice and very big. And many cupboards for storage. Will book again next time

A nice hotel, however I was given the wrong room number on check-in, which was a little embarrassing. Rooms superb, breakfast very decent, location isn't that central though. I would stay again.

The hotel was good and the rooms was big not sure as I was given the disability room without the need. The room was clean and had all the things. The view was fine from the room and breakfast was good with mostly all the things from continental.

Reliable central hotel with parking nearby. Basic breakfast, clean rooms, quiet considering it’s in the city centre. No gym

We travel to the Birmingham by the Megabus. The inn are very close to the pick-up point. The facilities are good, especially the bathroom.

Clean, great breakfast buffet, fuss free check-ins and outs!

Ideal for a one night stay for the Xmas market. Decent free breakfast the next morning. Would use again

Don’t expect the service as good as other ING hotels in America , Asia. Not responsive and not clean.

The location is convenient and the environment is quiet. Unlike other hotel, this hotel has air conditioning. If you like reading, they have a comfortable lobby, too.

That's was relly cosy room,the view on the nigt reply amazing. Services it was so nice.
