It was a lovely hotel centrally located. Serviced a purpose. Lovely view of the canal from the window

I found we had a great stay it was clean and comfortable. The bed was lovely and comfortable so felt well rested.

Nice room, very clean and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, would come again if visiting the area again, came to see take that, 10 min walk from Utilita arena and bullring, plenty of places to eat and drink around, nice views of the canal

Stayed here when went to a concert at arena, it's great as really near to venue. The outside and car park is a bit tacky but, the rooms and staff were great. I didn't eat there so I can't comment on that!!. There is a cineworld and nandos across the road as well.

Great location, quiet and well run. Only the warm room was an issue. The windows don't open far and no air-con.

Good value - large spacious and very clean room. Pleased to have a bath and huge comfortable bed. Despite the city centre location, the rate was very reasonable. Friendly, helpful and speedy check in. I arrived later than expected, and would have given full five stars, but the approach (on foot) alone was a little dark - obviously irrelevant if driving or arriving earlier in the day. I was a little nervous, but then received a lovely, friendly welcome and was able to check in (and out the next day) quickly. Really good value.

Excellent service throughout our stay. Warm and friendly staff specifically Shruti who greeted us at Check in and Check out. She also directed us some sightseeing spots in the city and the bus service within the city Will definitely stay here again

Great location to Birmingham canal. Great to use the Utilita arena for events as it’s a 5 minute walk. Hotel is clean and safe. Great base for Birmingham, very close to the big gold library, which is a great point if you get lost in the big City at night. We had a family room and the beds are very comfy and my son slept well. Bath in the room is great having a child staying. Breakfast was offered but we don’t eat breakfast. I booked in January and got an amazing price I would recommend booking this for any weekends away.

Stayed to meet friends. My husband is disabled so needed the hotel to be near to Sealife and a restaurant we were dining at. Fab number of disabled parking spaces and a brilliant location with a 5 minute walk to the canal and bars. The staff were friendly and so helpful especially when my son had left his earpods in the room and we have checked out a few hours ago. Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast we have had as well. Only one issue with the duvet being too hot in an already warm room but that was easily solved. Would definitely stay here again
