Comfort Inn Birmingham Reviews

Comfort Inn Location is great, just next to Birmingham New Street train station and within 3 mins walking distance to Birmingham China town, so plenty of restaurants and cafe surround this hotel. The only downside is the shower area, the curtain was short and water spilling everywhere when take shower. Overall I would rate 4.0 for Comfort Inn due to excellent location and reasonable price

The hotel was spacious and comfortable. It has a small elevator. We stayed for just one day but had a pleasant experience.

Location….excellent Interior….home feeling! If you are travellers, better book this, just next to train station The famous cathedral just nearby…must visit

The location is excellent! Right next to the train station and just on the edge of China Town with tons of bars and club a short walk away. Its just next to the bull ring and a huge city centre for great shopping and food. The building is old with lots of history, character and a bar. Don't expect the same as a brand new hotel with perfect rooms that all look the same.The rooms are a bit higglety pigglety which, for us adds charm. The staff is very nice. Reception is directly in front of the entrance so there is always a careful eye on who is coming and going. The elevator was broken when we were there but I don't think it requires a key card but again it's just in front of the reception deck so they have a clear eye on who gets on the elevator. The room was comfortable, ours was in the back so it was a little dark and the lighting wasn't very bright but I peeked into other rooms and they were nice & sunny. The room was serviced and the coffee & tea was refreshed. Overall the stay was nice, the price was great especially for the super convenient location. We would definitely stay there again

The room was nice and tidy and ideal for my solo stay. The location is great for train travel as it is a one minute walk from New Street station. The check in was quick and easy. All in all good value for money for my one night stay.

It’s location is definitely one of the most important reasons why I choose this hostel, literally 1 mins walk from Birmingham new st station! Overall I’m happy with the stay, is just that the hotel is pretty old

Right next to Birmingham new street station. The room is clean and comfortable, although a bit noisy outside through the window.

Completely not the same as what is shown in the pictures. The carpet in the room and the bedsheet are not clean. The room and the bathroom are very small. Not enough tissues.
