Close to the city center, with parking spaces and quick northbound access through the city center

A very average hotel with small rooms and not very close to the train station and bus station. If you have enough budget, try to book a hotel around New Street.

Positives Warm enough and bed mattress comfy enough. They provide towels, shower gel/shampoo. Location was ok, 10 minutes walk to main city area. Not so great Staff not particularly friendly. No tea/coffee provision in room, only available in reception £1.50 a cup. Breakfast £8.50 (ignore what it says on this app) and is tea/coffee, juice, cereal /toast/basic pastries buffet. Can get a full English breakfast in a nice cafe for that just up the road. Room basic, odd bathroom configuration, toilet in cupboard room, sink out in main sleeping area. Shower room separate. Bed sheets didn't fit bed and were torn. One had a stain that looked like it was fresh and the sheet just hasn't been cleaned. Pillows hard. Air con didn't work. Key cards intermittently worked then stopped after first night.

Staff was really lovely and welcoming. For a budget hotel it was exceptionally clean and you get what you pay for!

Rooms were too small try to open the door key but was not working then they came only after 5 call bad service

I cant thank the staff enough from check in to check out the service was excellent. The ladies on check in were very efficient and helped with car park charges. The staff were accommodating to provide extra toilet roll finished in room and nothing was an inconvenience for the staff. I will most likely visit again.

The rooms are incredibly cramped, inducing a sense of melancholy. I now rue my decision to reserve them, especially since there are alternatives merely 10 minutes away from this location. These other options are priced just slightly higher—around 10 to 15 pounds—but offer superior space and more appealing design. Staying in this hotel feels akin to sleeping inside a chilly, constricting, and disheartening box.

Good value for the cost. Clean and does the job. Was a bit small for the three of us but can’t argue with the price given the location.

Swiss prison is all I can say very very disappointed cos the prices are on no budget

I was beaten by bedbug and Bed hurting my back couldn’t sleep , also I left a note on my booking for a kettle which was never given and another for the cleaner not to come knocking on the door until it’s checkout time which is 12:00 on ibis website, Cleaner come to knock the door at 9am.

Rooms are very tiny. The value is too much of what you are getting.

The hotel is about a 10 mins walk to Chinatown. We can find many varieties of Asian and local cuisine. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, check in and out seamless. A value for money for a simple and short hotel stay 👍🏻

Good location at the Chinese Quarter and a short walk from the Bull Ring, Grand Central and Birmingham New St Station. No kettle a bit of a bummer but other than that no complaints considering the price.
