It made my trip more pleasant and easier.

Good location but there is a nightclub nearby. It was too noisy when we opened the window. The cooler air cond) was out of order. Hotel staff Romila was very helpful. She arranged another room with cooler working properly. Therefore, we can close all the window to reduce the noise and can have better sleep.

Location was really good with just a 5 minute walk to bullring and new street station and was in the heart of Chinatown which was lovely

We have been to this hotel many times and found it to be local to theatre shops and clubs staff are good very clean and friendly welcome welcome are staying agen soon.

Staff are super friendly, surrounded by many different Asian restaurants, super good location which is quite close to the Birmingham new street station.

Great location as near to Newstreet Railway station.
Toilet in the room is small, worse off by the design.
No heater so it was very cold during my stay.
