Didn’t enjoy the breakfast the eggs wasn’t that good and the bacon was too tough for my liking and also my keys were giving trouble on the second day. But everything else was fine

Unfortunately not very clean. No glasses or cups in our room and made us pay for water. Probably the most bar minimal effort travelodge I have stayed in. See why it is 2 stars.

Basic. Clean and tidy. Breakfast self service quite acceptable. Would consider staying here again

It was ok.The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Good breakfast.

The staff were really friendly, the room itself wasn't very clean and the sink was leaking, toilet kept gurgling throughout the night and obviously can't be help but the location meant the night was very noisy.

Excellent staff and pleasant throughout. Clean room and the quality of beddings was remarkable. The breakfast provided excellent choices but dinner was a bit hit and miss. Limited choices although personalised.

We just had a fantastic 2 night stay. Rooms are basic and clean .. exactly what we needed for a hen party. The staff are absolutely amazing.. always smiling and so helpful. Breakfast was great value and plenty on offer. Thank you to Clare and all of her amazing staff for such a lovely stay.. a special mention to Neil whom we all loved .

It was very easy to find where to go and how to get to the hotel. The room was clean and the window was open so it was very ventilated. I’d definitely come again

Staff were awesome especially Neil!! So friendly and welcoming. Rooms were great just what we needed clean and tidy! Breakfast was lovely and Neil made sure we were ok the whole time! Neil is a very rue credit to the team! The rest of the team were lovely too!

Neil was very attentive. The bar was open 24/7 and the staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were a little warm but can’t be helped. The breakfast is good value for money and overall it was not too busy at any time so has a nice and relaxed atmosphere.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were quiet. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Location ( quiet), near the canal. Staff Clare, Brett and Neal were friendly, helpful, polite, nothing was too much bother for them, and will definitely return.

It was an amazing hotel, it had a comfy bed, pillow, ect. Plus, we stayed because we went to a concert and even after being out till past 11pm we still got to eat some food which I really enjoyed. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and I would recommend

Staff: The staff were very friendly, inviting, and happy to help. They answered our questions and guided us through the lodging process as well as using our key card, which was a great experience as first time hotel stayers. The receptionist Neil was quite friendly as well as another Lady who's name I cannot remember. Lodgings: The beds (family room, double + pull out) were firm but relaxing after doing a lot of work during the day. Both beds had fairly firm but soft pillows and were great head supports during the night. I woke up feeling refreshed after a good sleep and have not felt any aches due to the bed. Further, our room had a hotel with an ample variety of channels as well as complimentary tea and coffee with sugar and milk as well as a kettle to make our own drinks. En-suite: We did not use the bath or shower but they looked of a decent quality. The toilet was perfectly alright. The sink had lovely hot water that was quick to heat and the cold water was just cold enough. Additionally, there were 3 towels on the side to be used with hand soap and shampoo in dispensers. Breakfast: Breakfast was exactly as advertised, the food was cooked lovely and did not need anything more but salt and pepper were available which certainly added to the flavour. The drinks machines had a decent variety of hot drinks as well as cold water and a small selection of breakfast juices. The bar: We did not use the bar, but it looked full and well maintained. Overall, I would stay here again. It did everything I wanted, but not much more. However that was OK as the overall experience was decent and I got exactly what I paid for.

Neil and Clare were great! Thank you for the perfect stay, breakfast too was a treat and kids eat free! We were going for an event at the Utilita Arena which we were very close to and actually walked there while every one else was stuck as they couldn’t find a taxi!
