Naps Inn Serviced Apartments

Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness Issues: The room was not clean upon arrival. We found multiple hairs on the bed linens, significant dust throughout the room, and an unvacuumed carpet that was visibly dirty. The coffee table had water marks left by previous guests. 2. Service Challenges: Attempts to cancel the remaining nights of our booking were denied by the hotel, and no one responded to my efforts to resolve the matter. 3. Check-In Difficulties: The check-in process was particularly challenging due to the absence of a reception desk and delayed responses from staff. 4. Disruptive Maintenance: During our stay, staff entered the room to fix the bedroom door lock. This caused noise and additional dust, further disrupting our experience. Overall, the conditions and lack of service made our stay unpleasant. Not recommended.

Honestly after reading a few of the reviews I was a bit skeptical, it was very 50/50 but i’m glad I booked here ! The room was clean and well presented. Easy check in and Check out, we stayed for just 1 night, towels provided, little coffee and tea equipment given in the kitchen, the kitchen had everything needed x2 plates x2 bowels a few cups, knives and folks, cooking pots and pans and kitchen spoons, knife etc. Clean sheets, working tv, free wifi(wasn’t the best but it worked), I can’t complain we felt very comfortable here. No one at reception but there’s a number for any enquiries. It was very quiet on our end but our bedroom was at the back of the building so we didn’t experience any noise disturbances. Next to the building there’s a convenience store which was handy, and about 30 seconds down there’s a food shop (Dixys), and a post office + convenience store ! Bus stops only 6 mins walking. All in all 9/10

Walking distance to Villa Park but nothing else close & there was no service when I got there had to call twice for someone to let me in & I couldn’t get hot water I called, texted & emailed & I’m still waiting for a reply I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice and neat apartment. Could do with some entertainment though, like a bigger tv set and active customer service. Asides that, i had a great stay

Paid for riverview apartment but there is no river so wrong information first of all, No apartment number mention on booking so it's easier to management to put you any room which is low price.

Overall good but the availability of network and WiFi is very bad.
