Some black mark on the towel. Hair dryer is not working well and there is no telephone for you to contact the room service.

When we arrived in Birmingham after midnight with our kids, having missed our flight due to a train cancellation, the hotel receptionist was a lifesaver. He and his colleagues prepared a family room for us, even though we didn't have an online reservation. Otherwise, we would have had to sleep on the street, as no hotel would accommodate us without an online reservation, which is not possible to make after midnight.

Room was 10/10 very neat and clean reception wasn’t the best it was very busy and there was no Air con so everyone was very very hot in there, and had to wait 20 mins for check in and only 1 of the self check in machines was working.

Amazing! Great location- so close to city centre without the noise! Only 10 mins to New street or Moor Street. Incredible staff - they really went above and beyond when we had issues with beds, wifi, and of course cheese!

City centre location so park in local multi stories, hard to find as tucked away. Friendly staff and rooms were modern. Cleaner needs glasses as hairs were left in sink from previous guest. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful albeit like everywhere else, overpriced.

I stayed in a Premier-plus, like I always do. The house keeping was poor on this occasion. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy but the complimentary tea/coffee tray had no tea bags and there was no water bottle in the fridge. I informed the reception staff and next day when I asked for the room to be cleaned and refilled, It was left empty again.

The pillows were too soft and not firm enough as usual resulting in a bit of a stiff next in the morning. Also, the free Wi-Fi/internet is very poor, almost non-existent, so how can I be sure the ultimate Wi-Fi costing £5 a night will work if I paid for it? I also thought the usual good customer service in the morning wasn’t there. No ‘did you have a good night’. I think your young gen-z staff need better interpersonal and customer facing skills training!
