I had a great experience with this hotel. I had an unexpected house fire that afternoon and they took very good care of me and my time of need. I would highly recommend to anyone

Stayed there one night Doors were locked and entrance is on the back door You take a shower and there is yes a shampoo! And the second bottle you think is body wash… no body cream! Well you are in the shower already! After shower you want to brush your teeth right? Wrong! There no such a toothbrush nor toothpaste, well … after you look everywhere you see a sticker in the bathroom in small writing that says it you need any toiletries such as toothpaste toothbrush shower cup … you should go to the front desk and ask for what you need! So I’m naked just came out from the shower already mad for not finding the body wash…. And now I need to go downstairs to the front desk naked to get the toothbrush? Forget this poor service hotel

I went there on for business &also with family &it was very nice. They are Very Nice &Clean! Great Hospitality from the front desk &staff. They were very courteous and polite. I know where to go when I want to do things with my family away from home even though I stay in Birmingham.

There is a parking lot. Opposite the hotel is a big Mall. Hotel location is quite good. When you check in, you can ask your room to be on the side of the road that faces the road. In fact, it is noisy at night because there are trucks that come in and out all night.

This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. I love it. Comfy and clean and staff is wonderful including Johnnie Murray, DeKiecia Frizzle, Kymone at the front desk and Gloria in housekeeping. Highly recommend. Also love the ravine from street drainage in the back of the hotel. Very peaceful. :-)

We stopped here for the night unexpectedly when traveling south. (We needed to break up the drive). I was hesitant with COVID, however this place is absolutely immaculate even by my sometimes unrealistic standards. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind & helpful. They’re doing things right here, I will stay without hesitation in the future.

We are on our way to our next duty station and made reservations here. Staff is friendly and welcoming but the room was not as nice as expected. Our beds were not queen. More like a full. Luckily we did have a couch bed. But sheet and blanket that was given had stains . Breakfast was ok. Just muffins, fruit, waffle maker, breakfast sandwich, choice of oj or apple juice. Not sure if all rooms are like what we had. We were on first floor due to a pet. Overall stay was good. We slept well and plenty of food choices near by.
