First Time Ever No Cold Water A huge problem I found out the hard way, was there was NO COLD water and almost burned myself. Reported to front desk, but didn't have the opportunity to test if it was fixed.

Overall, it was an okay stay. However, I booked this particular property because of a previous stay at another location and we were able to access Netflix, etc. That was not the case at this location, even though the app was on the tv- I spent 45 minutes attempting to troubleshoot (because that’s what I was told to do by the individual at the front desk that night), only to be told by the morning staff that it was no longer available because the TV’s had been replaced and it would work on some, but it wasn’t guaranteed to work on all. I used $40 of my One Key cash towards this booking only to be disappointed with that issue as well as the issue with the A/C- if turned up over 68, it expels a fishy odor that filled the room.

Nice hotel. I enjoyed being on the first floor. However, the front desk, maybe the manager, was not that kind. The employee that checked us in was very nice, and I more than appreciate her meeting our needs and not being rude since I did not allow them to use my card to pay before I got there. If I “reserve and pay later”, I expect to reserve and pay later (at the hotel). Overall, I enjoyed my stay even though there was not enough parking spots, I was still able to park in handicap. I would definitely visit again! Nice area as always.

What makes me ANGRY is the fact parking doesn’t come with the room!! Seems like if they rent out their establishment they would make sure parking is part of the fee!! But guess what rich not enough for the rich man!! Then I had to turn around and pay 26.00 per night to park at the hotel I rented from!! Some people only have just enough!!

Clean smell as we entered the check in area and a safe area to walk surrounding the property! Many food options within walking distance. Staff was so hospitable!

Very good stay just be sure about fees The hotel staff and other guess was friendly . It was clean comfortable and quiet . Pool was clean and family friendly. The stove, microwave, refrigerator, the full size sink and the dishes were very accommodating! The only thing is I was not told there would be a $25 per night parking fee until after I was charged which made me feel misinformed other than that loved my stay here.
