My debit card was charged the full price of the room after it was already paid for through the website.  I’m having a horrible time trying to get my money back.  Please help me.

King Suite With Sofa Bed

Great location not too far from the major freeways and close to eateries. I could park my U-Haul in the back near the pool and didn't have to worry about anyone messing with my car. The staff was friendly the only drawback was the bathroom wasn't cleaned upon checking into the room. The toilet was not flushed and there was hair on one of my towels that was hung up.

I like to live in Springhill mainly because children like to have a sofa bed inside, they can have their own independent space, husband likes to have free parking space, I like the breakfast inside. But this house has no meatloaf or sausage, but fried potatoes are also very good.

The room is quite big, the location is not in the city center, but it is very convenient to eat and shop around, the scenery around the hotel is good, breakfast is generally
