Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook, Autograph Collection

The Grand Bohemian Hotel is the epitome of class. We had a fantastic experience. Hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When you first walk in to the hotel, their attendants are right there to greet you and serve whatever need you may have. Every employee was very friendly and very attentive. When you first walk in to your room, you’ll see super elegant art work on the walls. I’m not even an art person, but these paintings made the room. Super nice bathroom and shower. The soap smells amazing. Very comfortable bed. Super clean room. It was our wedding night, and they treated us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, which was a very nice touch. They also provide you with bath robes in the closet. And Kevin, our bellman, was very attentive and super helpful. He was right there to escort us and all of our luggage out to our vehicle as we were leaving. Didn’t even have to touch a bag. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. We plan to try and stay at every Kessler Collection hotel in America. We were that impressed. I highly, highly recommend the GBH.

We had a wonderful weekend here at the GB. The decor is amazing! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, especially Keith!!

We were in Birmingham this past week/weekend for our som’s wedding and stayed at the Grand Bohemian. We also had the rehearsal dinner and post toast there. The entire staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot say enough about our time there and felt like we were all friends by the time we left. Kevin, front drive manager; Andrew, front desk manager; and Sarah, Event Services Manager, are all top notch! I won’t stay anywhere else the next time I go to Birmingham! Thank you to everyone at the GB for making our time there amazing!

Our family visits every summer! This year was the best yet. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. Our kids loved the scavenger hunt and welcome stuffed animals - so sweet! Special thanks to Tyra, Faith and James who each went above and beyond to welcome us. True southern hospitality at its best. Always a pleasure but this year was special. Thank you all. I had a great experience at this hotel, very clean and organized. It was a nice place to stay at, i felt at home. Victor welcomed us and helped us with our luggage. He was very consistent and make sure we were okay. Over all a 10/10 and i will be back in the future.

I recently completed an extended stay at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Mountain Brook, Alabama. The hotel is very nice and was definitely a good choice for an extended stay at a hotel. This hotel is located in an area that is convenient to the freeway and provides numerous options for restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff, in general, was very attentive and provided good customer service. There were, however, three hotel staff members that deserve special recognition. Rod Clark, Tyra Rogers and Sha Bennett went above and beyond to ensure my stay at the Grand Bohemian was an excellent experience. They were always pleasant, courteous and professional. They worked to ensure any issue I encountered was expeditiously resolved in an appropriate manner.
