Ramada by Wyndham London Stansted Airport Reviews

We were doing a self driving trip around London and need to take flight in the early morning next day. This Ramada is my personal highly recommended hotel for anyone who is in the similar situation as us. Check in was really smooth, which is self check right on the reception desk. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room is clean and I could get whatever I need. The only one unsatisfied point was the strange smell, which I can’t tell where it came.

Public transportation is inconvenient but room is clean. Staff can responds to requests quickly

The reception is open 24/7. We checked in at 3AM in the next morning because our flight to Stansted was delayed horribly, but the hotel got us checked in to our rooms in like 10 seconda.

Nice hotel but the hotel is absolutely not convenient to get to from the airport despite what is being advertised.

Some parts of the bathroom in need of a bit of refurb, but still had a very comfortable stay. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helped us out with dental kits when we realised we forgot our toothbrushes! Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels and pillows. Right next to the Birchanger services and about 10/15 minutes drive from Stansted. Free parking, worked well for our overnight stay and early start before our flight. Special thank you to the staff again.

Perfect for a basic clean well priced stop if flying from Stansted

Avoid! Here is why: - Location: you need a taxi to reach the hotel, 20+ pounds, the bus is unreliable and the hotel doens't have transfer service. - Room: dirty, outdated, not what you would expect from a Ramada hotel at that price... is more like a 1 star hotel that never gets cleaned. - Service: the lady at daytime was helpful, call us a taxi. - Cost: together with the tax is not worth it, it's a 1 stars hotel not what you would expect from the Ramada brand.

There is no shuttle to the airport and no way to eat anything or buy alcohol after 11pm. In the middle of nowhere. Don't stay here.

Late arrival and got given a room smaller than booked room. Informed staff who stated they were fully booked and couldn't do anything. Gave them 10mins and they relocated us. Up and down stairs twice to inform them key card wouldn't work. Then got given another room. Beds comfortable. Room basic. Consider it overpriced for what you get. Definitely no luxury. Services not open in the morning KFC, BurgerKing.

Another very well located hotel nearby to London Stansted Airport. We checked in very late and the room has everything needed. Only one odd encounter was the wake up call we had requested. Instead of the front desk staff phoning us for our wake up call, they came to our door, however they never knocked on the door because they said they heard us already awake in the room. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
