I am staying here at room no. 310 since yesterday. The hotel is comfortably located , right on the Biratnagar -Jogbani road. It's nearer to the India border than any other known hotel in Biratnagar. The hotel is true to its name, looks big and has rooms spread over four floors besides a fifth one for the hall. The rooms are nice, clean and nicely arranged. The bathroom yesterday wasn't so clean but got cleaned today. AC is working and effective, Flat screen TV, phone and hot water kettle are available here. Safety lockers though aren't available. they provide bathroom slippers in the room, two pairs, which aren't available there in many other hotels in Nepal. Bathrooms are with basic amenities like soap, shampoo, shaving and dental kit/pouch. The breakfast had limited options to choose from and "needs to improve" kind of service. the in room dining though was an excellent experience. check in was smooth and fast. other services are satisfactory.

Best hotel in Biratnagar. Good service. Hotel is centrally located. Easy access from main road and very quiet environment stay. Foods are elegant very hygienic and swimming pool is cool. Car parking is available and very specious. It is our first choice hotel in Biratnagar

It was very difficult to sleep the whole night, doors opening and closing, people shouting and bad food, rude reception staff
