Hôtel à éviter Rien ne va dans cet hôtel qui se dit club . Animation inexistante , repas comme à la cantine, ménage très très limite, literie désastreuse, personnel très froid je pense qu’il n’aime pas les français. Conclusion n’allez pas dans cet hôtel c’est une arnaque.

C’est pas un hôtel c’est une colonie de vacances 3bus de collégiens en plus des clients Donc resto bruyant Cris courses dans les couloirs et ceci jusqu’à plus de minuit insupportable Côté restaurant denrées bas de gamme et vu la présentation des mets ça n’arrange rien De notre côté chambre moquette tachée, couette à notre arrivée sale pleine d’urine sûrement Heureusement changée sans difficulté Sommier cassé et matelas de petite facture donc mal au dos durant une semaine et un mur à la réception qui campe sur ses positions et refuse de nous changer de chambre Bref ATROCE

Retard de la navette à l'aéroport - 2h de route pour venir à partir de SPLIT Aucun accueil possible en français mais personnel plutôt agréable Restaurant digne d'une cantine Deux premières soirées d'enfer avec à notre étage une foule d'adolescents très bruyants non tenus par leur encadrants, et bruit jusqu'à 23 heures (je ne parlerai pas du "restaurant" où nous peinions à nous entendre... Points positifs : la proximité d'un plage agréable mais caillouteuse, et du village de BIOGRAD par ailleurs très sympa

Bonjour à tous, suite à notre séjour dans cet hôtel, nous avons effectué un retour détaillé. Les points "positifs" : - proximité de la mer et du centre ville de Biograd - deux belles piscines extérieures - horaires du bar extérieur (7:00 - 22:00) - excursions à prix abordables au départ de l'hôtel - guide francophone depuis l'hôtel pour les excursions, infos etc Les points "négatifs" : - nourriture peu variée et parfois pas bonne - chambre vétuste (carrelage cassé dans la douche, évier fissuré, etc...) : voir photo - personne pas agréable - chambre pas propre (poussières, toiles d'araignées, etc...) : voir photo - serviettes non changées dans les délais indiqués par l'hôtel (si vous voulez une grande serviette de change, il faut payer, du jamais vu ailleurs...) - le jus d'orange du matin n'existe pas, vous avez droit à une eau aromatisée imbuvable ou à du fanta... - aucune animation en dehors des "activités piscine" - beaucoup de transats cassés et en nombre limités - moisissures sur le plafond dans la chambre, pas terrible si vous avez des enfants en bas âge... - les sodas en fontaine au bar sont vraiment ignobles - restaurant fermé, la vérandas vous mourrez de chaud et c'est très bruyant - repas du soir (attention le sketch) : créneau de 19:00 à 21:00, vous passez devant le restaurant à 18:30 il y a 30 mètres de queue déjà. Si vous voulez manger dans le calme et éviter de jouer des coudes, il faut aller manger à 20:30 sauf qu'il ne reste plus grand chose. A 21:00 pile, les serveurs retirent les plats et si vous avez le malheur de vous lever pour aller vous resservir, à votre retour vous n'avez plus d'assiette même s'il restait encore à manger dedans, on vous invite clairement à partir et que le repas est terminé. EN BREF, pour résumer : FUYEZ CET HÔTEL, je ne recommande pas du tout.
