我在大廳等朋友的時候，店內好幾位員工在大廳的説話和笑聲，太吵了。希望能做出一點改善。

挺無語，從入住到進房間，到離店。幾個問題。入住後房間衞生還可以，房間裏的東西有缺少的，然後呢！給前台打電話，前台這個語氣讓人很無語。跟前台聯繫了三次，兩次在質疑顧客！顧客反映問題不是去解決反而去質疑，感覺很不舒服。前台女性服務員。離店簡直的時候把車給堵住了。總之體驗感差到極點了！凌晨五點左右可能是健身房或者哪裡發出的聲音震醒了！

標間衹給放兩瓶水，洗手池子設計有問題洗個手整個枱子都是水，停車場沒人管很多車亂停放。房間網速非常慢手機信號也一般。就是位置方便能停車。還是個觀光電梯。
