Check-in /-out unproblematisch; Zimmer: gut; Größe: noch ausreichend; Bad sehr klein; Funktionen zB Dusche/Warmwasser sehr gut; TV sehr gut; wifi sehr gut; ruhige Lage; kleines aber bequemes Bett. Viel Stauraum (Schränke, Kommoden etc.). Wellness-Bereich: schöner Pool (leider ohne Whirlpool; Schwalldusche dauerhaft deaktiviert); sehr gute Öffnungszeiten (7-22 Uhr). Restaurant(nur zum Frühstück genutzt): sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet; Note 1; tolle Auswahl. Gästepublikum sehr angenehm; kein Kinderlärm, überhaupt sehr leise, konnte bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

Nice hotel in a beautiful city, but the breakfast was discussing. The staff let birds come in through the windows and the birds were eating from the breakfast buffet. Unbelievable. The service level is “German standard”. Just basic, and no positive surprises.

L'hôtel est bien situé même s'il ne se trouve pas en bord de mer. Même s'il n'y a pas d'éléments inacceptables, nous estimons que le classement 4* n'est pas mérité. Le personnel d'accueil est moyennement qualifié. Les installations sont vieillissantes, la literie assez dure et il est quasi impossible d'obtenir l'obscurité pour dormir. Un rafraîchissement de l'ensemble de l'hôtel serait à prévoir (y compris le spa). Nous n'avons pas non plus apprécié le fait de ne pas complètement disposer de notre voiture et de devoir demander à ce qu'on nous la cherche quand nous en avions besoin. Le petit déjeuner est quant à lui assez varié et qualitatif.

Ganz tolle Wellnessbehandlung von Roxana Greere. Die Frau ist top. Sowohl bei Massagen als auch der Pediküre. Professionell, alles sterilisiert, freundlich und weltoffen. Es macht einfach Spaß und man kann perfekt entspannen. Immer gerne wieder.

Insgesamt eher enttäuschend. Ich hätte mir mehr von dem Hotel erwartet. Insbesondere die Größe der Zimmer war unzureichend. Gott sei dank, sind wir noch recht fit und sportlich; sonst wäre der Transport der Koffer zu den Zimmern bereits eine Herausforderung. Der Ausblick war auch eine Katastrophe - Parkplatz und Raucherecke für die Angestellten.

Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist ist das sehr kleine Doppelzimmer, ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.Die Betten waren sehr bequem .Sehr freundliches Personal und super Frühstück . Die Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Strand sehr gut.

Die Lage des Zimmers war nicht gut. Außerdem war es ziemlich klein. (Bad) Im Zimmer wahr es sehr lat, sowie von Innen und auch draußen. Aber nach Binz fahren wir noch einmal nächstes Jahr. Vielleicht kommen wir noch einmal in ihr Hotel. Aber dann nehmen wir uns ein größeres Zimmer.
