Sehr gepflegtes Hotel - obwohl schon etwas älter. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Angenehm die Kaffestunde am Nachmittag. Nach dem Tagesspaziergang gingen wir gern ins Schwimmbad. Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Abendessen (HP) war ein 4 Gänge Menü, sehr abwechslungsreich, geschmacklich und optisch eine Augenweide, der Pool ist sehr schön, Massagen sind sehr zu empfehlen

sehr schöne Anlage oberhalb der Ostsee. Gepflegtes Schwimmbad mit 15m Bahn wo man auch mal ein paar Bahnen ziehen kann am Morgen. Lange Öffnungszeiten der Sauna bis 21 Uhr!! Gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz allerdings 10 Euro pro Nacht und keine Möglichkeit im Ort kostenfrei zu parken. Wir waren jedoch in Summe zufrieden und sagen Danke!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendmenü.Das Zimmer war klein; aber angenehm. Leider konnte kein Wellness vereinbart werden, da die Fachkraft nicht ansprechbar war.

Eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre die in diesem Haus herrscht. Freundlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben, egal wo man sich aufhält. Es war alles sehr schön und empfehlenswert, von den Zimmern bis zur Gastronomie, wir waren begeistert. Die Fasssauna ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer.

Das Hotelzimmer in der Villa Lo waren sehr geräumig und großzügig, jedoch etwas hellhörig. Der Der Service war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht herausragend, so wie wir es aus anderen TravelCharme Hotel kennen. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, Jedoch nur, wenn man weiß, dass das Angebot auf Bestellung noch erweiterbar ist. Hier fehlt definitiv der Hinweis, dass andere Kaffeespezialitäten als auch Eierspeisen etc. über das Personal bestellt werden können. Auch die Ausstattung im Poolbereich könnte noch verbessert werden. Hier fehlt es an zusätzlichen Handtüchern, als auch an Erfrischungsgetränken, die nicht im wabbelliegen Pappbecher geholt werden können aus dem Saunabereich. Mit kleinen Veränderungen und ein bisschen mehr Ambitionen, wäre es ein hervorragendes Hotel in Toplage. Ein gutes Hotel, jedoch nicht auf Kinder -und Familienurlaub ausgerichtet.
