We came for my husband’s birthday and as soon as they came to know they nicely decorwtaed the corner with a bottle of wine and wishes. We were offered with free update of suite. A very nice and relaxing stay with indoor pol and sauna perfectly enjoyed by us.

Decent room, friendly staff, nice kids club. BUT avoid cooked breakfast as it gave me diarrhoea; I blame it on the bacon which looked like it was reheated over several days. 3 mins eggs were cold so maybe these😬 Good location. Can use swimming pool over the road too👍

Pool nicht im Hotel. Fitnessstudio nicht im Hotel. Keine Hotelbar. Gutes Essen. Nettes Personal. Zimmersauberkeit 4- Poolhygiene 6! Meldungswürdig. Als Familienhotel für diesen Preis ein Reinfall! Realität und Anspruch passen hier kaum zusammen.

Das Haus ist im katastrophalen Zustand, die Zimmer sind völlig runtergewohnt und teilweise verdreckt… das gesamte Hotel wird nur mit Azubis geführt und das ist nicht machbar. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt gefühlt gar nicht und wenn, nur unvollständig.

Es war sehr schön. Die Suite war bestens. Sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Frühstück war spitze. Wellness konnte man in 2 anderen Hotels genießen. Bademäntel befanden sich im Schrank. Nur zu empfehlen 👍👍👍

In der Nähe vom Strand sowie der "Shoppingmeile". Freundliches Personal. Wellnessbereich ist nicht im Hotel, sondern muss "über die Straße" im 4-Jahres-Zeiten genutzt werden. Sportmöglichkeiten sind wiederum in einem anderem Haus. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Man kann bei Bedarf fehlende Dinge (Wasserkocher, Geschirr) nachordern. Die Tiefgarage ist ein Highlight - aber optimale Nutzung des Platzes. Highlights wie Prora oder der Königsstuhl liegen in nächster Nähe.

Schade war das der Pool nicht in diesem Hotel ist. Mit kleinen Kindern ist es eben nicht entspannt mal eben schwimmen zu gehen. Frühstück war gut. Personal nett. Zimmer Reinigung leider nicht zufriedenstellend gewesen.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet mit vielen Leckereien für alle Teile der Familie. Der Kindsclub mit seinem Betreuungsschlüssel war absolut super. Unser Sohn ist gerne dorthin gegangen. Der Weg zum Strand war mit 7 Gehminuten optimal.
