對開車旅行很不友好：説是有免費車位，其實是把車開到一個類似升降機的平台上，然後垂直下降到地下室。可從地下室上到酒店大堂，不但沒有電梯，還要自己提着行李開一扇自動關的門，一個人拿着行李實在太難了。酒店工作人員明明可以提前告訴我們先放行李的，卻沒人説。其次，地下室很繞，基本衹有一條路線可能開到平台，沒人指揮的話，很難開上去，我的車就被劃了。還不如停在路邊

前台小姐姐服務周到熱情大方， 旁邊有很多本地的特色美食，，房間乾淨衞生，周邊環境比較安靜，設備乾淨整潔。衞生做得很好 打車也很方便。 這家酒店主打就是性價比，交通又便利，旁邊就是汽車站，高速路口就在旁邊，不遠處，房間衞生很乾凈，桌面一塵不染,工作人員很好很有耐心！早餐豐富，非常滿意。

房間寬敞，房間乾淨，價格划算，服務很好， 首先前台小姐姐服務態度是真的很好，客人迎面走來第一句是先問好，禮節太到位了！前台很專業辦理入住也很快，酒店工作人員細心温柔，表揚前台服務員整體素質都很高，很為客户着想。酒店有停車場，免費停車很方便，房間寬敞，衞生間非常乾淨，熱水很給力，很乾凈又安靜，空調無噪音。房間是仿木質地板很乾凈沒有任何異味。浴室乾濕分離很方便，酒店裡麪的洗髮露，沐浴露也用起來特別舒服，熱水器放熱水很快幾乎是幾秒就來了。寬敞明亮，性價比超高，床墊很軟很軟很軟很軟，退房也無須等待方便快捷，酒店早餐在7樓，早餐豐富，健康衞生 ，味道不錯，餐廳設計不錯，酒店設施和環境都不錯，一如即往的舒適家的感覺！安靜，舒適！服務人員也很熱情和專業。經常入住，也推薦朋友入住，

酒店整體性價比很高，價格實惠，服務到位，衞生乾淨無隱患，附近交通方便，酒店有免費停車場，保安會熱情地安排停車,前台還有一些可以自取的日用品，方便又乾淨，茶水味道很好，還有免費的咖啡和奶茶。

酒店裝修風格簡約大氣，位置離鳳凰湖很近，出行很方便，工作人員的服務都非常熱情貼心，有免費停車場，大廳還有茶水和咖啡，晚上有保安巡邏，安全又放心，早餐也很好吃，下次還會再來的！

很喜歡他們家的裝修風格，簡約大氣，特別是衞生做得特別到位，一塵不染，玻璃和鏡子都特別透亮，給他們家的阿姨點個贊，真的是太敬業了！前台小姐姐很漂亮，説話很温柔，很有禮貌，服務態度真的很好。他們家還有特別實用的洗衣房，洗衣服和烘乾都很方便，這種天氣在住在有洗衣房的酒店真的是太幸福了！早餐也很不錯，餐廳大姐服務很有禮貌，早餐有我喜歡的五穀粥和湯粉，愛了，愛了！性價比很高的一家酒店，以後我還會繼續來入住的。
