The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bintulu town, right next to The Spring Mall, making it very convenient for finding food and travel essentials. Though the hotel is a bit dated, it is well-maintained and offers facilities like a gym and swimming pool for guests to enjoy. The room is spacious, though certain corners are a bit dim—adding extra lighting could enhance comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would be happy to return on future visits to Bintulu.

The room has condensation which makes the whole floor wet mist with water when we wake up, even the cupboard has condensation, clothes are wet but not dry, 2 x 3 pin plug is spoilt, can see hair everywhere which housekeeping not thoroughly done. The inside toilet also has water which does not flow properly out that makes the toilet stagnant with water and can be slippery.
If the room is not ok, why open for booking for customers, it's an unpleasant stay for me

Very clean room and comfortable stay. There is a mall right next to the hotel and a beach that you can enjoy in the late afternoon. I would come here again next time.

Quite old hotel based on the room condition. But the location is nice, near to the mall. Staff were friendly and helpful.
