Everything was great but please learn to delivery "no" message to your customer instead of stalling tactic.
We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room.
But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

The room is nice, but the single bed is a bit narrow and the pillow is too high, everything else is good. Each household is equipped with an electric car to drive, which is a very good experience!

We visited Indra Maya Pool Villa end of May for one week. He had a great stay there and enjoyed our time. The Villas were spacious, comfortable and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed excelent food especially the indian Spice Restaurant and the Keelong seafood Restaurant. To finish the day at Calypso floating bar before doing a night swim in the pool was a great experience. We will come back again for sure.

We stayed at Tortise B villa. Villa have: 1. Total 3 bedrooms, all have en-suite toilet. There is 1 common toilet. Towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioners and dental kits are provided. 2. Kitchen with cockery, utensils, kettle, fridge and microwave oven. 3. A private pool with deepest end at 1.5m. We dip ourselves in the pool everyday! Beach towel are provided. 4. Spacious living room with TV. 5. A complementary buggy for you to drive. We find this particularly helpful as most restaurants are a distance (say 15mins walk) away. 6. Free WiFi provided. Overall, we had a truly perfect stay in the spacious villa! Service staff are prompt in addressing our concerns or requirements. I definitely want to go back again. Tips: 1. bring some snacks and cup noodles along. 2. Bring mosquito repellent or patch.

Beautiful place; highly recommended!! A superb resort with very friendly people and beautiful views of the south Chinese sea. Highly recommended!! The food is vey good and also the other facilities are very good. We have been there many times and hope to come back

Originally I booked the unit with sea view at Indra Maya Villa but there are steps to reach the villa. But with a wheelchair-bound elderly, we had to cancel and booked KWA Villa directly from the Resort. KWA villa seems to be the only one with direct access without steps. KWA Villa has beautiful layout especially the private pool and sea view. Also have a personal buggy provided. Also a nice pavilion - perfect for quiet time. The outdoor sofa should have proper shelter. When the rain came, the sofa was all soaked wet. Insufficient lighting within the living/dining room. Estate maintenance is poor. Lots of mosquitoes. The Resort doesn't provide insecticide. On Sunday morning, we are deprived of water supply in the Villa because the pipe burst outside the Villa. So we could not swim because we could not use the bathrooms. Housekeeping is generally ok. Even beach towels. Kitchen has utensils & crockery but the bowls, knife and ladle missing. The staff especially Ahmad who drive the buggies and vans are attentive and dedicated. Ahmad pushed my mother's wheelchair to/fro road/villa through the rain and was drenched despite the umbrella. The breakfast food selection limited. With limited guests, the buffet became a ordering system. We had to order from the system.
