Very enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and service was very excellent!
Room, toilet / bath and pool were very clean and well maintained.
Grounds were beautiful.

Excellent service from all the team there no matter the department.. Excellent if you're looking for a very private, relaxing getaway. Stayed for 2 days, 1 night. They're kind enough to let us have an early check-in and late checkout at 5 pm with a small top-up, which I felt was fair.We enjoyed ourselves just being in the villa.
The toilet has a slight drainage smell, which can be quite overpowering at certain times, but no problem, we just closed the door when not in use. A cockroach came to visit us in the toilet at night, but it's understandable as it has an open concept toilet.
Food prices, in my opinion, are at a very high side, even for a resort. The breakfast buffet was good even though I saw a few unfavourable comments here.
The only thing that I felt was a downside for our trip is the food prices. Sure, you can have a choice of venturing out to get food, but sometimes you just want to be indoors in the beautiful villa

Fantastic service provided. Villa was so spacious and comfortable, pool was so inviting. Customer service was the best, so prompt in responding to our needs. Whatsapp available even at night and after office hours. Highly recommended place even though villa was expensive.

Not the cleanest of resorts. Pantai Indah Lagoi has the makings of a 5/5 resort if not for the fact that there are stains in the sofa, curtains, carpets, chairs, bathtub and pillows. There are also some areas which are evident of wear and tear. Food is also subpar.
However, service is top notch. Staff are all friendly and helpful with smiles all around. Private pool is also nice and gives a very chill vibe.

A relaxed getaway from the fast paced of life. Their staff is friendly and approachable. Service is great! Their food is so worth it. Will surely return one day.
