Booked the hotel for a one night trip to Bintan for a birthday occasion. The hotel goes out all the way in helping decorating the room when requested and they also prepared a delicious birthday cake ! That is so sweet of them and I really do appreciate it a lot. The room is also very clean and the air conditioning gets cold really fast. It’s an 10/10 experience.

Simple hotel with rich heritage. I love the ship tour and the rationale of operating the ship hotel.
Very near to the ferry terminal, but not near to any shopping area. It is suitable for people who just want a getaway without clustering their itinerary with shopping agenda. Good place for a quiet retreat.

Great location near the ferry station, and the hotel offers free pick-up, which is super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was lovely. Breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. Not much within walking distance, but you can easily get around with Grab or the hotel driver (though the latter is pricier). Overall, a good stay for a relaxing trip.

Had the best time in Doulos Phos. The cabin staff and crew were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely comeback if ever i have my next trip in Bintan

The location was amazing and the history of the ship hotel is very nice museum and preserved history was a nice treat. The crew were so friendly and nice. But the food maybe more improvement for the next time.
We all have a wonderful time and looking at the view 🥰 was breathtaking

The hotel location is convenient as it is near Tanjung Uban. The food was great and the room was spacious. Staff was very helpful especially Mr Sam that assisted us while our car broke down after checking out.
Will surely come again.
