服務態度一塌糊塗，攜程網上訂了二間房標準間，我們晚上9點半左右到的説沒有房間了。讓我再網上退款，我説沒房間你掛攜程上幹嘛？後來又説我們人多，我們六個人開了二個標間，原因是我姑媽和他兒子同房間孫子才上小學四年級三個人一個房間不可以嗎？我和兒子侄兒開了一個標間（我兒子15歲屬於未成年，我侄兒18歲）。然後我們和老闆娘吵了半天，她説要把我們安排到另外一家評價分只有3.0的華髮賓館。當時已經快夜裡10點鐘了，我們沒有辦法衹能接受去華髮賓館。八灘小鎮的賓館環境真是一般。八灘天一賓館差評！
