酒店地理位置優越，邊上還有超市和KTV，跟朋友小聚也不用跑太遠的地方，前台小楊服務態度很熱情有耐心，五樓還有自助的洗衣房和健身房，總體來説是一家不錯的酒店。

第一次入住，整體體驗很滿意，入住之前前台還特意打電話過來問什麼時候到，有沒有帶小孩之類的，得知我們開車過來，告訴了我們地下停車的位置，房間裏面還有放的點心和水果，雖然不多，但是對比這個價格，能給這麼多真的很不錯了，窗外的景色很美，早餐品種還挺豐富，整體來看服務和設施都挺好的。下次來濱海還住這邊。

作為一個老家是濱海的人，真的希望老家的一切都好，因為老家有事，臨時入住了酒店，實事求是的説一下感受！
1：作為酒店，設施老舊，沒問題，但是淋浴頭壞了，還是要及時更換，白白浪費的熱水，應該夠換個新的了！淋浴下面的地漏過一段時間需要清理一下，房間的地毯上，有污漬，希望你們及時清洗乾淨了。保持房間乾淨，這是對客人起碼的尊重。
2：前台是展示的窗口，是給客人第一印象的地方，微笑熱情，沒有那麼難做到！
3：早餐確實有點潦草了，品種很多，雞蛋居然是冷的，這個確實匪夷所思了，除非是昨天剩下的。
4：説早餐7：00，我7：00到的時候，裏面已經有很多人在吃了，規矩既然定了，就要遵守。
5：客人的早餐劵，是根據房間登記的人發的，登記幾個人，就給幾張早餐劵，這樣也減少了酒店的風險，規定是好的。但是看到有人去吃早餐沒有卷，早餐門口的服務人員直接讓人去前台要一張，個人覺得不妥。
6：早餐廳裏面的服務人員，攤雞蛋餅的大姐（居然沒有戴口罩）和下麪條的，可以有交流，可以閑聊，但是聲音太大了。
以上建議，就是很直白的説了，不喜勿噴！
