Quality accommodation, great staff, great breakfast. Fantastic sleep. On-site parking Free! Nothing too much trouble…. Highly recommended…. We were recommended to Bingley by some relatives, and will pass on what a great place to stay.

Spent two nights here. The rooms - as you would expect. Very friendly and helpful reception staff - nothing too much trouble. Unfortunately our second night was disturbed by other guests arguing in the corridor outside our room. This was obviously not the fault of the hotel.

There was once a staff member called Vicky, Who took on a task deemed rather tricky. Up went the lights, And to Vicky’s delight, The window adhesive remained most sticky. What an incredible use of the foyer space to enrich the entrance into the hotel with such a beautiful Christmas display. New York at Christmas booked? Cancel. Check out this foyer. Vicky has performed nothing short of a miracle and public service with the display erected. 10/10. Hotel otherwise fine.

Working in Shipley but staying in Bingley. Great stay with friendly and helpful staff. Vicky and Linda on reception were particularly helpful. The attached Brewers Fayre worked well with good food and good staff. In my experience Brewers Fayres can be inconsistent and provide very average food but Bingley was very good. Overall a very good stay which lasted 11 weeks.

From the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff to the comfortable bed and clean room, this was a perfect 2 night stay. You always know what to expect with Premier Inn and this was no disappointment and great value for money. It is always useful having a known and reliable restaurant brand on site particularly welcome on the coldest night of the year given that access to the restaurant was via the hotel reception.

Excellent friendly greeting from Bryony she was extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Bryony really did make my stay much more enjoyable I really can't complain about my stay or the service I have received will definitely stay again.

Very friendly clean hotel. Made very welcome by Vicky..... Every hotel needs a Vicky!!!!!...... Nothing seemed to be too much for her to do. Restaurant and bar staff, very happy and courteous, ideal position to get into Bradford or for motorways

Just returned from a delightful stay at this Premier Inn where the staff could not have been more helpful and professional. The location was perfect for visiting Haworth, Saltaire, the Piece Hall at Halifax and the Keighley light railway, not to mention the Industrial Museum in Bradford. Excellent accommodation and first rate service at the restaurant next door.

When I walked into reception the smile on Bryony's face was the most welcoming I have come across and her professional manner and knowledge about her profession was the best I have come across Premier Inn should be proud to have such a wonderful receptionist as she is the face of your business, Bryony thankyou for making my stay so pleasurable as nothing was too much trouble 😊
