It was clean, the rooms were spacious and the property was decorated beautifully. Not much to do besides the ****** and no breakfast options at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay 4 nights and a show. The room was clean, comfortable with the usual refinements air con fridge coffee making facilities but no tea bags. My wife only drinks tea, if you want tea it has to come from room service. Shower was complicated it use and the chipboard (sorry I think its call particle board in the USA) wardrobe doors were close to falling off and the decor kinda like tiger stripes was very 60’s
Music is there all the time in public areas but you cannot hear it in your room.
We saw a show here as well which we also enjoyed. What we saw of the hotel its tired
Would I go back probably.

The staff aren’t very helpful and don’t offer any helpful details about the stay. My room needed some touch ups, loose shower heads, toilet paper holder loose, exposed nails/tacks crossing over into the bathroom area. Bed was comfortable, enjoyed my room and my stay!

The hotel was just okay. I understand it’s a ****** and it’s Smokey but it brings the smoke to the rooms too. I hated the fact that we smelled **** all night from the hallways. Waking up with massive headaches was the worse

Ruth was not ready well after check-in time and even after they said it was ready and got my key when I went to my room cleaning service was still in my room, making me late for the event I had planned to attend that evening water pressure in the shower was very low and in the evenings no hot water in the shower

Our 1st room was nasty. So it took them 2 hours to change us to another room. When finally changed to another room the hot water was out. It took another hour and a half for maintenance to come.
