We loved our stay at your property, other than it was awfully cold. We walked down to the Golden Nugget. It seemed like they had a lot more eating options. We also bought sweatshirts there to wear while we were ******** at your place.

Check in was absolute nightmare. We asked for an early check in. we were told it was guaranteed which is fine. We came back up at 345pm to ask about check in and was able to
Check in and was told our room was ready. The lady at check in said “no it’s not ready” we then waited another 30 minutes to be told our room was ready again. Both times the lines were 20-30 people long for just checking in.

They couldn’t accommodate our reservation and sent us over to the double tree. They said they would credit our account for the stay. When i didnt get the credit they said it was our job to call ******* for the credit

I did not like having to pay additional resort fees, early check in fees. The condition of the bathroom was very poor as well as the disgusting smell and dirty carpets in hall ways and rooms..

We arrived or check in at four had a premium king reserved with an ocean view had to wait three hours for a room and it was a partial ocean view!! could not receive a refund or a comp because I went through a third-party to reserve

I don't like the swimming pool paper wristband must keep it on the wrist until check on. It's caused by skin itchy. And look like stupid when I dressed up elegant to attend

Room was dirty. Stains everywhere in carpet. Floors had not been cleaned. Food in fridge. Tried to check in 25 minutes early was told there would be a fee for early check in. Went site seeing came back later was told we couldn’t get a room until 1130 that night. Paid more for room than what ******* said I owed at hotel. We will never stay here again.
