The room had no towels And it took close to two hours and three phone calls to get towels to my room. The safe broke and I had to get maintenance to come up and open it so I could get my money by the way vince who got it did a great job. The carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in 10 years. we were told to ask for a handicap room when we got there and were told there none whenwe got there the salt and whatever restaurant was god-awful. The food took forever to get, and I couldn’t even eat it.

Trash everywhere. In the garage, in the hallways, everywhere. Bathroom outfitted with mish-mash of fittings. Water never got warm ＜-- forget expecting a hot shower. Way before Hurrican Katrina, 20 years ago, this place was one of the gems on the coast. Now it looks like Katrina only hit last week and that management still hasn't figured out how to clean up after that storm. Bed comfortable, room quiet. Those are good, but he rest of the place seems to be decaying.

I liked the property and walking path over the road to the restaurant and to the waterfront. I did not like the procedure to charge $15 tor check in at 3:30. We did not pay the fee and went to lunch and then checked in.

I was disappointed in house keeping, i asked twice to clean the bathroom, very dirty, toilet, sink and pretty sure bedding didnt get changed. I always stay at Harrahs when in town....very unhappy

Not having automatic room service like clean towels, more coffee. Why do you have a "resort fee" without the above?

Rooms were show wear. Lights were hit or miss as if they worked. Bathroom lighting needs fixing for my room. I cannot speak for the whole hotels bathrooms.
