I attended a conference that was being held at this location so I decided to just stay at the conference location to make things easier. Upon check in, there was only one person behind the counter and one person being waited on which took over 20 minutes at 6 am. I asked about a bellman and the person told me that there should be a bellman coming on at 7 am to bring my bags to the room. I had only one suitcase and one overnight bag plus a computer bag and was pushing my mom in a wheelchair too. I asked about valet parking and was told there is no valet parking. I had a handicapped license plate and they only had 3 spaces in front, where the valet would have been, for handicapped parking while there were several limousines taking up the entire front entrance where valet parking would have been or where additional parking could have been used for handicapped vehicles.
Once we checked in, we were told that two elevators were out of service so it may take awhile getting to our room which was on the 23rd floor. Was also told the room would not be cleaned until we left but could ask for towels by calling the front desk.
The bellman we finally got was a very nice man.
The first floor restaurant was ok and on our first visit there, we were told they did not have any French toast as cinnamon toast and could only provide regular white bread as French toast.
We had a smoke free room but the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes since they allow smoking in the ****** area.
