Unit has full size laundry and sleeper sofa for two additional guests. This unit allows guests to walk to the pool from their private patio and down to the beach. One of the pools is heated in March and April to accommodate colder days. Condo is located on lighted boardwalk. Walk to restaurants/bars, casinos, laser tag, go-karts, mini-golf etc. Secure, covered parking. Available to Snowbirds for the months of November thru February.
