Great place, big rooms Must come with car

A real mixed bag. The lodges were perfect for us, spacious so that we didn't feel on top of each other and had all the amenities we could need. It was a walk from the lodge to the main part but we utilised the train (you had to be clever with this as it got very full all of the time). It isn't great for the less able bodied person as the walk does take some time. The aqua park is out of this world and the kids would have gone every day if they could. Monky Tonky land is a bit dark but the entire place lacks natural light. The supermarket is very comprehensive and provides everything you could need. It is expensive! we went bowling and it cost £40 for 1 hour. Everything costs around £3-5 to do and it doesn't seem much but it is if you have 2-3 kids. We spent over £120 in one restaurant and it wasn't that great. The gold wristbands are probably a good option if you have more than one child, but then they make you all buy one (including adults) even though we had no intention of doing half the activities as they are for kids! I had to make a complaint as our lodge had around 8 pots and pans and not one worked on an induction hob which seems small but rendered the cooker useless to us and is a major issue when we had planned on cooking to keep costs down. No idea how they hadn't had complaints about that particular issue before. It was impossible to get through to customer services and so that night we had to eat out which cost us another £150.

Amazing place, a nice balance between relaxing and action packed. So much to do on site and all the staff were so friendly. Throughly enjoyed by adults & teens. Will definitely return, but definitely with our own pillows, it was like laying your head on a pile of lumpy socks 🫣

I found out about Lalandia by accident from a random conversation with a stranger back in April. Man alive, am I glad I did! We absolutely loved it. Me, my sister and my 6 year old stayed on site. Everything was so easy. It’s so flat so easy to get around, loads of play grounds and huge patches of grass to play on. The Aquadome is amazing. I think better than Centre Parcs. We particularly loved the cave pool where you could swim next to the tropical fish tanks! Just wished the water in the lazy river was a little warmer….that’s all. Loved that you can load money onto your wristband! Talk about making life easier. Thought restaurants were great, especially Pepe’s Mexican and bones steakhouse. The all you can eat restaurants are good but defo go hungry to make it cost effective. Was thrilled with takeout pizza and poke bowl quality and pricing. We loved our lodge. Very clean, had everything we needed. Just one bedroom didn’t have blackout blinds which was annoying but I’m just picking now. Legoland is literally across the road! And Lego house is a 30 min walk for a 6 year old through a lovely sculpture park. We were impressed with billund and wish we’d given it more time to look around the town. Staff at Lalandia were so helpful when needed. I would absolutely come back here and do it all again. We LOVED IT.

We had a great time at Lalandia. All the staff were so friendly and helpful- they helped make the experience a great one. The lodges were great, spacious and very clean. There was so many activities for the kids to do and having a shop onsite was ideal. It's a perfect family holiday experience everyone should experience. Will definitely be visiting again and again - Amazing
