Front of house and bar staff were lovely, food really really nice, room was average but clean. The hotel is situated a little bit out from centre but a good shuttle bus runs hourly so that was a plus

Place is great and it’s a ten minute walk from Legoland, I am disappointed however as the booking confirmation made no mention of a credit card surcharge so I could have come prepared with cash.

Friendly staff, breakfast included, room is clean but the bed is uncomfortable. Only one thin pillow was provided for each person.

The room stank of bleach which by the morning had gone and then just stunk. Very dated decor and uncomfortable beds. For the price of it £180 I expected at lot more from this hotel room.

Recommended to stay here, many people who take their children to Legoland stay here!
It is only a five-minute walk from Legoland!

The hotel is not big, about 15 minutes walk from Legoland and 25 minutes from Lego House. You can walk there if the weather is good and you are not tired.
