Didn’t know about the $100 deposit for locals could have something on web sight and the $5 wrist band to go swimming. For $20/30 more if they had an opening I could of went to the one I do enjoy staying at commons inn with the 5 hot tubs and swimming pool. The shower was hot. Did have someone else’s hair in the food that I pulled out I did right a review on google about it. I’ll make sure to get pics next time.

The card key’s didn’t work the first time, had them rekeyed and still had trouble getting them to work. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for one sit down. The TV had no signal and the phone was disconnected so I couldn’t call the front desk.
The best thing about the place was that the fridge worked.
1 out of 5 stars. Very disappointed with HoJo.

4 stars for cleanliness because the non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes. But they gave us a different room without any hassles.

Called and solidified reservations ahead of booking requesting adjoining rooms. Confirmed with staff explained it was for my 12 year daughters birthday party and we needed adjoining rooms. Put in notes as well. Only to arrive at the hotel an they give us two rooms not adjoining and inform me that if it’s my daughters birthday I was gonna have to pay another 250.00 for the usage of the pool. Was not agreed to ahead of time. Caught in a bind as friends of daughter showing up. Staff was very rude and then later said we will give u adjoining rooms . So we go pack up all our things and wait and wait and wait , only to be told they gave them to someone else!!I will NEVER NEVER STAY THERE Again. Rooms were dirty and musty.

I booked almost 4 months in advance only to find out they didn't have my room available when we arrived. It was a very busy weekend was their excuse. Then was told it would be almost twice what I originally paid, because I got such a good rate. Needless to say, after 45 minutes of staring the desk clerk down, we got our room. I went into the lobby later and watched people walk right in and get the same room with no reservation!

Room was like sleeping in a basement. Bed seemed more like a full not a queen and rooms are small & cramped. Toilet ran all night.

You get what you pay for! It’s a cheap hotel with a sub par breakfast and mid-beds! The pillows were comfy! There were a lot of dogs, many that barked when u walked by, not really the motels fault. My kids are old, so did not use the water slide. But would have loved it when they were younger!! Not sure why they charge $5. No one using it had a $5 braclet on last time we used the hot tub. Did not go in pool area this trip. Quiet area of town! Easy on & off! Close to food options!! Tiny bathroom, at least the sink is usable when someone is on the toilet/shower!! I hate when the sink is locked inside the bathroom!! No one can get ready for the day, so at least good design!! I love that the rooms do not have carpet!! Seems soooooooooo much cleaner!!!

Very rundown and outdated. Rooms, stairwells, and hallways, dirty. Will not return or recommend anybody.
