The unit was almost perfect. The kitchen was a bit dated and the curtains were torn but location and facilities were great. Service was brilliant with assistance offered to bring our things up to the unit

We booked this through a company called Destinations R US. Be warned, they advertise 4 star accomodation with the vouchers they sell and Bila Vista was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. The grime iin the shower and half used soap and hair prove that cleaning products or scrubbing brushes have not been used for a while. We had to scrub our mugs before usng them and found rubbish under a bed. The toilet seat was clean buut the bowl had not been scrubbed either. We mentioned this to staff who were not to concerned and to the "Wyndam Property" Seminar facilitators who were not worried either. On returning I attempted to contact Destinations R Us several times with out a return call. I have since emailed photos of the disgusting bathroom and have had very little regret or response other than... they'll pass it on!

Absolutely one of the best apartments I've stayed in. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Everything you think you might need in an apartment, was supplied. They had thought of everything! It is so close to the beach and a 2 minute drive to the airport. Security was excellent, directions into the carpark and instructions on leaving were simple to follow and Brad was such a nice man. I would love to stay here again.

Even before we arrived, we had been contracted to check out booking was correct. This place was well located. Even though it wasn’t the newest, it was really clean and well kept. The appartments were huge, linen was fresh and the furnished nicely. I saw the workers cleaning and maintaining the pool area several times a day. I couldn’t find the WiFi password and got an almost immediate response. The tv was already connected to WiFi and we could relax in the evenings and easily connect to our own streaming services. I would stay here again.

Brad couldn't have been nicer and more helpful and patient. The apartment was lovely - huge landing, air con and fans, and the most comfy bed! To top it off I had a lovely visit from the residing cat - so cute! Location was a short walk to Kirra shops and Nth Kirra SLSC around the corner Thanks for a lovely stay

A magnificent host, nothing was too much trouble, a most wonderful stay, enjoyed every moment. Central to everything we wanted or needed and within walking distance of facilities for us. Will definitely stay again when we return to this wonderful country.

Love, love, LOVE Bila Vista Holiday Apartments! We’ve stayed as family of 4 several times now and found everything from the location, price, pool area, beds, apartment layout, and facilities to be absolutely exceptional when compared with similar properties in/around Coolloongatta. The manager Brad is lovely and goes above and beyond to provide great communication and to create a clean, warm and welcoming experience. Thanks again Brad!

Was a clean apartment but very run down on the outside needs a good water blast when we turned up we wondered if we would end up staying there it looked so terrible from the street and not the flashest area. Lady was lovely and took our 3 bags to the top level which was a huge help. Dated inside and shower not the best. Very dark rooms need lights on during the day so was abit depressing being in there thankfully we only had 1 full day there so we stayed out as long as we could and just slept there. Pretty quiet place a little road noise now and then but fine really. Lovely beach right outside and super close to airport was great for the 6am flight! Pool was advertised heated but was too cold to go in, and looked quite dirty. Spa was warm. Place just needs good maintenance outside and abit of updating but pleased it was clean and quiet enough.
