Shabby and outdated, absolutely gross in every way. We were disgusted at the lack of maintenance, bathroom doors that would not close (warped), broken furnishings. It was a dump. Two of my three guests left in disgust. Dirty, old, structurally unsound. Ocean views a joke. The most disappointing experience we have ever had.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. The beach is just across the road and it is beautiful, our kids had a ball! The apartment was really nice, clean, very functional, and comfortable with all we needed. The managers were really helpful and friendly and the pool was lovely. We would happily stay again.
