The location is great and the room is clean.
But there are two big problems:
1. You can hear everything from the other room all the time
2. The wifi is really slow, when I asked for help they told me “it may be because of the weather and we have the same issue with our computer” If you want to work don't book this place...

Nice little hotel in the heart of Bilbao old town. Great location. Room a little bit small but did the job, comfortable enough.

The truth is that the price is high for the features it has. It is a building in the old town of Bilbao, renovated for tourism. Very small rooms without air conditioning and without elevator. The elevator is not so important because the rooms are on the second and third floors, but we do miss the air conditioning. It is quite hot in summer and only one fan, the stay may not be so pleasant. On the other hand, being in the center, as the room is not interior, the noise from the bars at noon and at night is tremendous. The girl at the reception was very friendly, the second night when we complained about the noise, she changed our room for an interior one that greatly improved the price issue. Still, I see the price as disproportionate.

Pick your room carefully! Room 201 is right by the entrance and communal toilets. With paper thin walls and no acoustic insulation you won't get much sleep at night (and risk being woken early) until the last guest has returned. The facilities are fine for the type of accommodation and the property is well placed in "Old Town"... but given the room I was allocated and the price charged, ir isn't value for money. I still have another night to endure !

Excellent, IF I could help maybe it would be advisable to have USB sockets or adapters available for uk clients . It would be good if your location, sign was more visible as I had trouble finding your exact location ( and my taxi couldn't find it) something to consider 😉 Overall 4,9 stars , a few minor improvements and I'd like to give 5☆☆☆☆☆
