This hotel is amazing! You must stay at this hotel when you come to Bilbao! The location is super convenient, just across the road from the museum. The scenery is first-class. The hotel has a full sense of space. The service staff are super nice. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is rich but a bit expensive (compared to Spanish prices, it costs 24 euros each). People), drinking at the rooftop in the evening is great, the scenery is super beautiful, and the best Chinese food in Bilbao is the Grand Canal, a two-minute walk away. If you are tired of Basque food, you can try Chinese food to balance yourself. There is an airport bus across the road from the back door of the hotel. It’s really It's very good. The only problem is that it's a little far from the shopping mall. It takes about 15 minutes to walk.

THIS is the experience you want to have when you have been on the road and need comfort. My second trip to Bilbao and second visit to The Gran Hotel Domine did not disappoint. Experienced and welcoming staff, with excellent hotel restaurant and rooms comfort

Overall, this is a very good hotel - highest rated in Bilbao. Room was large, comfortable and well lit, and faced the museum. Reasonable walk to other sights and downtown. Staff helpful and friendly, and breakfast room staff exceptional. Several restaurants nearby. (Avoid Porrue - behind the hotel - outrageously expensive and recommended by bellboy (I have my suspicions)). Good food in the coffee shop also. Internet connection had very high and variable latency. Overall, THE place to stay in Bilbao. I would stay there again.

A wonderful stay and perfectly located to the Guggenheim, river walk and shopping.

A lovely hotel right across the street from the Guggenheim museum - helpful staff, beautiful decor, nice breakfast buffet on a rooftop terrace and within walking distance of the old town and other local sights. I recommend it highly.

Every single staff member here made our stay at a beautiful hotel even better than 5 stars! We travel for business and pleasure to Bilbao regularly and will never stay elsewhere after all the help, smiles, top notch serve and what has to be a culture of genuine caring at this hotel. This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Spain. It’s super clean and located in the perfect spot of Bilbao. Most importantly, every staff I encountered and interacted with was very attentive, helpful and kind. I’m definitely coming back!
