It is clean and friendly. The room condition is good for the price. (Hotels with the same price near Abando Station have smaller rooms for the same price) You can walk to major tourist attractions and public transportation is good, so it was convenient for sightseeing.

Lovely hotel. Tram outside front door. Staff friendly. Nice breakfast. Overall lovely find. Comfortable room. Courtyard to the rear with seating. Reception staff very helpful. Would stay there again. Also very close to bus station.

Great little tourist hotel in Bilbao with friendly staff and super location for exploring Bilbao Our room 509 was at the front of the property and was clean , fresh and tidy on checking in plus traveling with my elderly mother I did request a “ Twin Room “ plus bath and both requests were available and this was a delight for my mother “ Gracias “ Anyone seeking a great value hotel within walking distance of bars & restaurants this property offers this option Buses , Trams , Taxis and UBER are right outside the door

A massive thanks to all the staff in the Zenit Bilbao hotel for making our family trip to Bilbao a fantastic experience. A special mention to Joseba. The location, cleanliness, the breakfast, the extras in the room like toothbrush and toothpaste were excellent. We will definitely return and cannot wait to visit Bilbao again. Eskerrik Asko

The hotel is located in a very central area, as well as convenient for reaching all the city's attractions on foot. Located along one of the main streets of Bilbao, it is still very close to the metro station (Indautxu stop), as well as having the local bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance; furthermore, the bus station that connects the city center to the airport is located about 500 meters away. So what can I say, it's very central! The hotel is of excellent quality and very clean, the rooms are large and comfortable, the reception staff is quite courteous. But what I will never forget is the comfort of the bed, one of the best I have slept in so far! An extra-large double bed, in which it was very pleasant to spend time beyond the hours of sleep; let's also say that, in the morning, it pleasantly stole some of the precious time we had allocated to visiting the city. I can't comment on breakfast, as we booked for room only. To be recommended.

Well located, very correct check-in service. In my case, the room was very small (it is true that they gave me the choice between a small one with a large bed or a more spacious room with two beds), but it was claustrophobic, facing an interior patio, and the furniture was crying out for an update. Breakfast not much variety but very good quality. Prices in Bilbao have gone up a lot in general, but it's not worth what it costs, in my opinion.
